Steps

2. Core the apple and slice it into wedges.
3. In an oven-safe dish, melt the butter and add the apple wedges, tossing them to coat.
4. Drizzle honey over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until tender.
6. While the apples are baking, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
7. In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt with a drizzle of honey for added sweetness.
8. Once the apples are done, drizzle the melted chocolate over them and serve with the honey yogurt on the side.
