Broccoli and Cereal Pudding

This easy, vegan, Arab-inspired dessert is the perfect balance of crunchy cereal and velvety broccoli. It is also protein-rich, making it a suitable end to any meal.

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. In a food processor, blend broccoli, cereal flakes, cheese and chicken pieces until it forms a paste-like consistency. 3. Spread the paste evenly on a baking sheet lined with a non-stick parchment paper. 4. Bake for 20 minutes until it begins to turn golden brown, then remove and let cool. 5. Enjoy!
