Steps
1. Heat the clarified butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the grated carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add the sugar, milk, ground pistachios, raisins, cardamom powder and saffron strands. Stir to combine.
4. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
