Steps
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken breast. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and black olives.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
4. Add the dressing to the salad and season with salt and pepper.
5. Slice the chicken breast and add to the salad.
6. Serve and enjoy!
