Steps
1. Place the cooked white rice in a bowl.
2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Crack the egg into the skillet and scramble it with a fork.
4. Once the egg is cooked, add it to the bowl of rice.
5. Sprinkle the grated cheese and cooked white fish on top of the egg and rice.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
