Steps
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Stir in the ketchup, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, tossing to coat the pasta in the spicy tomato mixture.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving warm.
