Steps
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
3. Skewer the marinated paneer cubes.
4. Heat oil in a grill pan and place the skewers. Cook until paneer is slightly charred.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
