Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, tear the bread slices into small pieces.
2. Add grated cheese, minced garlic, grated ginger, mashed potatoes, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
5. Carefully drop the potato bites into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
6. Remove the bites from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
