
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, tear the bread slices into small pieces.
- Add grated cheese, minced garlic, grated ginger, mashed potatoes, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully drop the potato bites into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove the bites from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
