Steps
1. Cut the bread into small cubes and toast until crispy.
2. Peel and grate the carrot. Dice the apple into small pieces.
3. In a pan, melt the butter and add the grated carrot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the diced apple, chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. In a serving bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes with the apple and carrot mixture.
6. Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint chutney over the mixture.
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves.
8. Serve the Indian Apple and Carrot Chaat immediately.
