Steps
1. In a bowl, mix grated carrots, chopped onions, and tomatoes.
2. Add chickpea flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.
3. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
4. Take small portions of the batter, shape into small fritters, and gently slide them into the hot oil.
5. Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
6. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or yogurt dip.
