Spiced Carrot and Potato Tikki

Steps

1. Peel and grate the carrot and potato. 2. In a bowl, combine the grated carrot, potato, lettuce, onions, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. 3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined. 4. Shape the mixture into small round patties or tikkis. 5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 6. Gently place the tikkis in the hot oil and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides. 7. Remove the tikkis from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel. 8. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
