Steps
1. Wash the mini peppers and slice them in half lengthwise, removing seeds.
2. In a small bowl, crumble the feta cheese.
3. Add chopped olives, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, mint, lemon juice, and olive oil to the feta.

5. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
