Ful Medames

This is an Arab appetizer made of stewed beans. It's vegetarian and delicious!

Steps

1. Soak the beans overnight then drain and place in a pot. 2. Pour in the milk, olive oil, and cumin and mix together. 3. Boil for about 15 minutes, add salt, pepper and cilantro, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. 4. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
