Arabian Stuffed Grape Leaves

Delicious and savory appetizer featuring grape leaves stuffed with fragrant spiced rice and herbs, served with a tangy yogurt dipping sauce.

Steps

1. Prepare the grape leaves by blanching them in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside. 2. In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened. 3. Add rice, water, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook until rice is tender. 4. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and mint. 5. Place a spoonful of the rice mixture in the center of each grape leaf and fold to form a small parcel. 6. Arrange the stuffed grape leaves in a steamer basket and steam for 15-20 minutes. 7. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice to make the dipping sauce. 8. Serve the stuffed grape leaves warm with the yogurt sauce on the side.
