Steps
1. In a bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, garlic, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper with the water until it's homogeneously blended.
2. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet (over medium heat).
3. Pour 1/8 of the batter in the center of the skillet and spread it out to form a thin circular pancake.
4. Cook the pancake for 1 minute on one side and 30 seconds on the other.
5. Repeat the steps until all the batter is used.
