Steps
1. Place the cooked chickpeas, olive oil, salt and pepper, tahini, garlic and lemon juice in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the parsley, cumin, and paprika or cayenne pepper.
5. Sprinkle on top of the hummus and serve.
