
Steps
- Place the cooked chickpeas, olive oil, salt and pepper, tahini, garlic and lemon juice in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the parsley, cumin, and paprika or cayenne pepper.
- Sprinkle on top of the hummus and serve.

- 180 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 60 ml of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- paprika or cayenne pepper
