Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a bowl, toss zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, mix balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl. 5. Remove vegetables from oven and drizzle the balsamic mixture over them. 6. Return to oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender and glaze is slightly caramelized. 7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.
