Beer-Braised Chicken Thighs

Steps

1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 2. Season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. 3. Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until browned. 4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant. 5. Pour in the beer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and cover. Let it simmer for 25 minutes. 7. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
