
Steps
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the beer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and cover. Let it simmer for 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
