- In a small bowl, mix the custard powder, Bournvita, sugar, and a pinch of salt with a little milk to form a smooth paste.
- In a saucepan, heat the ghee over medium heat and add the chopped cashews, sautéing until golden brown.
- Pour in the remaining milk and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Once the milk is boiling, lower the heat and gradually stir in the custard mixture, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. You can serve it warm or chilled, garnished with extra cashews if desired.
