Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the custard powder, Bournvita, sugar, and a pinch of salt with a little milk to form a smooth paste.
2. In a saucepan, heat the ghee over medium heat and add the chopped cashews, sautéing until golden brown.
3. Pour in the remaining milk and bring it to a gentle boil.
4. Once the milk is boiling, lower the heat and gradually stir in the custard mixture, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. You can serve it warm or chilled, garnished with extra cashews if desired.
