Brazilian Chicken and Egg Snack

This delicious Brazilian snack is made from healthy ingredients and is the ideal choice for a mid-morning/afternoon snack.

Steps

1. Boil the egg for 7 minutes, peel off the shell and then cut into small cubes. 2. Take the butter and melt it in a pan over a medium heat. 3. Once melted, add the cubed chicken and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Place the chicken and egg cubes in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise and mix together until all the ingredients are covered. 5. Add the ketchup, mix again and enjoy!
