Cheburek in a Plate with Tangy Tomato Sauce

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper thoroughly. 2. Roll out the dough into a thin circle about 15cm in diameter. 3. Place the meat mixture on one half of the dough, leaving a small border. 4. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges firmly to seal. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 6. Fry the cheburek for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. 7. While frying, prepare the sauce by mixing tomato paste, water, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. 8. Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning as needed. 9. Drain the cooked cheburek on paper towels. 10. Serve the cheburek on a plate with the tangy tomato sauce on the side for dipping.
