Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
4. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, bell pepper, carrot and chicken. Drizzle on the dressing and toss to combine.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped cilantro on top of the salad.
6. Serve and enjoy!
