Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the bread slices into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
2. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
3. In a small saucepan, steam the clams until they open. Remove from the shells and set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the apple (sliced or cubed), broccoli, clams, and corn kernels.

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
