Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, honey, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and minced garlic.
3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
5. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
6. Pour the cranberry glaze over the chicken.
7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
