Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, orange zest, lime zest, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, chili flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
3. Rub the marinade all over the chicken thigh, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or longer if time allows.
4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden, crispy skin.
6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
