Steps
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken cooks, prepare the veggies by chopping the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into thin strips.
6. Warm the pita bread on the grill for a minute on each side.
7. Assemble the wrap by placing the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber inside the pita. Drizzle with garlic sauce or tahini.
8. Roll the pita tightly and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
