Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Pat the chicken thigh dry and rub the honey mixture all over it.
4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
5. Sear the chicken thigh, skin-side down, for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
6. Flip the chicken and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
8. Let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
