Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
2. Add the chicken thigh to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
