Steps

1. In a bowl, mix garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked. 3. In another bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water to make the sauce. 4. Warm the pita bread, then assemble by placing chicken, veggies, tahini sauce, and a sprinkle of sumac. 5. Roll the pita, secure with foil, and enjoy!
