Steps

1. In a pot, sauté the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until softened. 2. Add the cracked wheat and spices, stir for a minute. 3. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the cracked wheat is tender. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
