Steps

1. In a pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil. 2. Add the seblak spice paste to the boiling broth and stir well. 3. Add the dried noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 4-5 minutes. 4. In the last minute of cooking, add the diced tofu and vegetables to the pot. 5. Taste and add salt if necessary. 6. Once cooked, ladle the soup into a bowl. 7. Top with chopped green onion, fried shallots, and a boiled egg if using. 8. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
