Steps

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves until well crushed. Add fresh lime juice and honey syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of cucumber.
