Steps
Steps of Preparation:
1. In a shaker, muddle together the cucumber, lemon and 3 sprigs of fresh mint.
2. Pour in 30ml of white rum and fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Add 120ml of tonic water and stir with a spoon.
5. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and a sprig of fresh mint.
