1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas. 2. Chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. 3. In a bowl, mix chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. 4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. 5. Season with salt and pepper, toss to combine. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
