Steps
1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
2. Add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.
3. Pour in the whole milk and mix well until incorporated.
4. Add the tahini (or halva), honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt, stirring until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
6. Pour the mixture into a small serving dish or bowl.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
8. Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios if desired.
