Steps
In a bowl, combine red chili powder, paprika, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt to create a marinade.
Add the chicken thigh to the marinade, ensuring it's fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Place the marinated chicken in the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and crispy.
Once done, remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
