Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and egg until smooth and well combined.
3. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
4. Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and gently fold in until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
