1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes. 4. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper, stirring until the sauce is creamy and combined. Add the cooked penne pasta and mix well. 5. On a plate, create a nest with the pasta, placing the burrata cheese ball in the center. 6. Tear fresh basil and sprinkle over the pasta and burrata.
