Steps
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper, stirring until the sauce is creamy and combined. Add the cooked penne pasta and mix well.
5. On a plate, create a nest with the pasta, placing the burrata cheese ball in the center.
6. Tear fresh basil and sprinkle over the pasta and burrata. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
7. For the crostini, preheat a pan and brush the baguette slice with olive oil. Toast until golden, then rub with the garlic clove.
8. Serve the pasta with crostini on the side, and enjoy your meal!
