Butter Paneer Masala

A rich and creamy Indian curry featuring cubes of paneer simmered in a spiced tomato and butter sauce. Perfectly balanced with aromatic spices, this dish is a delightful treat for paneer lovers.

Steps

1. Heat oil and 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. 4. Add pureed tomato and cook until oil starts to separate. 5. Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt; mix well. 6. Add paneer cubes and gently mix to coat them with the masala. 7. Pour in fresh cream and remaining butter, stir gently and simmer for 5 minutes. 8. Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another minute. 9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
