1. Brew a strong vanilla tea or prepare very weak coffee and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. 3. Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream until smooth and creamy. 4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled vanilla tea or weak coffee, soaking but not soggy. 5. Arrange the soaked ladyfingers in a serving glass or bowl. 6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. 7. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers. 8. Top with the remaining mascarpone mixture. 9. Dust the top with cocoa powder. 10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor and texture.
