Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Peel the onion and cut into rings, then separate them. 3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4. In another bowl, beat the egg. 5. Dip each onion ring into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. 6. Place the coated rings on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
