
Steps
- In a bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip the chicken thigh into the egg, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat the chicken in the flour mixture, pressing it in to adhere.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil and fry for about 7-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
