Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash and thoroughly dry the okra. Slice into thin rounds about 2-3 mm thick.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
4. Toss the sliced okra in olive oil, then coat evenly with the flour and spice mixture.
5. Spread the okra slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
