Steps
1. Boil the egg for 6-7 minutes, then cool it in ice water and peel.
2. In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate with heavy cream over a double boiler until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, mix crushed digestive biscuits, cocoa powder, icing sugar, and sea salt.
4. Dip the peeled egg into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
5. Roll the chocolate-coated egg in the biscuit mixture until fully covered.
6. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set before serving.
