
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, olive oil, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place the trout fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the mustard mixture evenly over the top of the trout.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the trout is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
