
Steps
- Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add sliced bell peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in the water and bring to a simmer.
- Add the spinach or leafy greens and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the ground crayfish, ground pepper, and cooked chicken or fish if using.
- Season with salt to taste and simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or any preferred side.
