Steps

1. Place onion and garlic in the Thermomix bowl, chop 5 sec/speed 5. 2. Add olive oil and sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth, cook 10 min/100°C/speed 2. 4. Add basil leaves, salt, and pepper, blend 1 min/speed 8, gradually increasing speed. 5. Add cream and mix 10 sec/speed 3. 6. Serve hot, garnished with extra basil if desired.
