Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and oregano.
3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
6. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
7. Stir in chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
8. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon tomato mixture over the top.
9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
10. Cook for another 2 minutes to meld flavors, then serve hot.
