Steps
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
