Steps

1. In a bowl, combine minced tuna, chopped shallot, minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, and salt. Mix well. 2. Add cornstarch, flour, and egg to the mixture and mix until sticky and well combined. 3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. 4. Shape the tuna mixture into small meatballs using your hands or a spoon. 5. Carefully drop the meatballs into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
